We're looking for Demo Representatives that can host samplings, educate customers, and help grow awareness for Wize Monkey Coffee Leaf Tea.
Responsibilities
- Host in-store samplings to generate awareness of Coffee Leaf Tea and Wize Monkey's social impact mission
- Engage customers by informing them and generating enthusiasm towards our award-winning products
- Generate positive first impressions to increase conversions and cultivate new fans and ambassadors
- Make people laugh and be a great representative of our team and mission
- Set up and tear-down the demo display (we'll provide a full kit that you keep with you)
Desired Applicants
- Passionate about tea, health, and social impact products
- Able to interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing manner with customers in any setting
- Have great verbal communication skills and well-mannered
- Experience in demos, sales, promotions and/or retail or grocery is an asset
- Have reliable transportation to get to demo locations within Vancouver
- Can dedicate minimum 20 hours per month (4 demos)
Most demos are shifts 4-5 hours, with 10 minutes before and after for setup and tear-down. We encourage our reps to do more than the minimum demos if they can. If you want more hours, we got 'em!
Compensation
Starting pay rate is $20/hour.
