Vancouver, BC
How did you discover your talent? What got you started?
I discovered my music talents when I studied Science at University of Victoria. My roommate was the campus DJ and we would always go to his shows and I thought DJ'ing was so cool so I got myself a DJ deck and started making mixes. I first started making them for myself for the gym so I didn't have to bring my phone out and get distracted but then my friends encouraged me to put them out to the world and then that led to my first gig.
I got into making music when I realized I want more then just to be a local DJ and I also wanted to know the feeling of playing your own music in front of large crowds!
As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
As a kid out of Highschool, I wanted to be a Forensic Scientist with the RCMP. I loved CSI and was very strong in biology, chemistry and math in school so i thought that was a good fit.
Who was your biggest inspiration?
My biggest inspiration in music is DJ Snake. His roots are from hip hop (just like me) and he blends both hip hop and EDM so well together and it really inspired the SEB C sound in what I do.

What makes you keep innovating and pushing your craft to new heights? What’s the intrinsic driver or motivation?
The artistic driver for me is just the challenge of being the best version of myself by always pushing myself to try new things. I get big influence from the outdoors of BC and it really helps me come back to the studio and drive new ideas and be creative.
So far, what has been your favourite highlight of your career? An achievement? A collaboration?
My favourite highlight of my career so far was my Canadian Tour in 2019. It was a self curated tour in 9 Canadian cities and 15 shows. I got to meet a bunch of new people and really got to experience different types of nightlife around the country.
Another big highlight for my music was when Tiesto played my track on his ClubLife Radio 729. I have always been a big fan of him and for him to play it was a dream come true!
In regards to your craft, where do you want to be in 5 or 10 years?
In 5 to 10 years I want to be touring the world and playing my music for people around the world. I want to be self sustained through music in what ever I am doing.
Switching gears a bit… What do you think about the existing grab-and-go drink options out there? Are people ready for healthier alternatives? or will “Big Sugar” continue to dominate the landscape? (I.e. Energy Drinks, high caffeine, high sugar drinks)
I think people are ready for a new option. Myself personally i'm over coffee and I don't react well with the jitters and crash of it.
How does Wize iced tea fit into your current lifestyle? And why do you choose Wize?
Wize iced tea fits perfectly into my lifestyle and I love it because it is a cold drink and its everything coffee gives me without the negative effects like jitters and crashes. It is also a healthy alternative and I am supporting farmers internationally all at the same time.
What are your next projects coming down the pipeline?
I have a bunch of new music and a crazy live stream coming hot in the next couple months
What’s your favourite flavour of Wize? When do you typically drink it?
My favourite flavour is the mango. Such a nice soothing flavour and It gets me going creatively because I feel like I am abroad travelling or relaxing.
